Mardi Gras!

Come and be a part of a "real" Cajun Mardi Gras celebration!  With more than 10 parades full of colorful themed floats, marching bands and tons of great throws.  Houma boasts the second largest Mardi Gras celebration in Louisiana.  Spend the week eating King Cake, reveling at masked tableau balls, and standing roadside catching colorful beads.  Attend Mardi Gras in Houma and you'll find an abundance of safe family events without the crowds, noise, traffic and high-cost of New Orleans.  Spend Mardi Gras in Houma and you'll be right in step in a grand celebration!
